The products that are sold by Lapis.gr, are manufactured so that they can allocate all the essential certificates and guarantees. CONFIRMATION of ORDER
After the registration of your order, in two (2) days, our specialised personnel will contact you or by phone or with e-mail for the acceptance of your order and the details of mission. If is not possible the communication with you the order remains in suspense for one week, afterwards is cancelled automatically. 

CANCELLATION of ORDER
Lapis.gr allocates mechanism for the cancellation of your order (totally or certain) that already has been registered. For any cancellation of your order (totally or certain) it will be supposed that you send e-mail in the info@lapis.gr or fax +30 2242023931. This possibility is offered to you up to the moment where you will inform us for the mission of your order. Afterwards this time, is not possible the cancellation. 

PRICES of SOLD PRODUCTS
All the prices are in EURO and all taxes are include . Lapis.gr is held his right to rehabilitate the prices. 

RETURNS of PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the products that you buy, on time of 10 days from the date that you will receive the products. In this case you only overloads the direct cost of return of products. Returns become acceptable only provided that the products that you wish to return are found in the same situation in which you received them, without to remove the special tablet of safety and genuineness,and with the receipt of the sale. For the reject of your own discomfort, please check carefully at the moment of delivery the situation of sold products and intact their packing, so that they are realised by any chance obvious faults (eg. Defective product, wrong type etc). For your wish to return to us the products that you bought it will be supposed to inform us via e-mail in info@lapis.gr . In the event return of products the return of your money will be completed 10 days by the date that we will receive the products. 

AVAILABILITY
For all the products that are contained in the lists of Lapis.gr exists availability in our shop, and they are immediately deliverable, but we committed for the time of delivery. If for reasons of superior violence (eg. strikes etc) it is not possible we deliver to you the products inside the predetermined time we will inform via e-mail, so that you declare if you wish, the completion of your order.
